The story of our cuisine begins in the verdant landscapes of Thailand, where the art of plant-based cooking is as ancient as the temples that dot the countryside. Traditional Thai cookery has a rich and varied history of plant-based fare that is deeply ingrained in the daily lives of the Thai people. It is this tradition that we have lovingly preserved and brought to the heart of London, with a contemporary tropical twist that caters to modern palates without compromising the essence of Thai culinary heritage. We have preserved authentic traditions and thought up wholesome recipes without compromise on customary Thai flavours. We hope you enjoy our contemporary plant based approach to Thai cuisine as much as we do.
